This policy explains how Rukis SIA (“Rukis”, “we”) processes personal data when you use rukis.ai or request a demo. It is a working draft, not legal advice.

What we collect
On this website we collect the name, work email and channels you select in the demo form, plus technical logs needed to run the site (IP address, browser, language). If you become a customer, we also process conversation data that your business sends through connected channels.
Why we use it
We use this data to reply to demo requests, provide the product, keep the site secure, and meet legal duties. Legal bases: contract or steps before a contract, legitimate interest in running a secure site, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.
Where data is stored
Customer conversations are stored in the European Union. We use subprocessors that also process data in the EU or under a valid transfer mechanism.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept until we finish onboarding or you ask us to delete them, then for the period required by Latvian bookkeeping and tax law. Conversation data is kept for as long as your account is active and deleted or exported on request.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or restrict it. Write to hello@rukis.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (DVI).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors who help us host, email and operate the product, or when the law requires it.
