These terms govern use of the Rukis website and, when you become a customer, the Rukis service. This is a working draft for the public site.
The service
Rukis is an AI agent that replies in messaging channels, qualifies leads and can send them to a CRM. Features depend on the plan you choose. Pricing on the site excludes VAT.
Accounts and trials
Start and Grow include a 14-day free trial with no card required. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you upload (prices, FAQ, availability) and for connecting channels you are allowed to use.
Acceptable use
Do not use Rukis for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, or to process data you have no right to process. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or creates risk for other customers.
Your content
You keep ownership of your business data and conversations. You grant us a licence to process that data only to provide and improve the service. Conversations belong to you and can be exported or deleted.
AI output
Rukis is designed not to invent prices or availability. You remain responsible for reviewing handoffs and for the final outcome with your customers.
Liability
The website is provided as is. For paid plans, liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before a claim, except where Latvian law does not allow a limit.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Courts of Riga have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
